Must know all real estate objections for sellers and buyers.
Will be cold calling looking for sellers, qualifying buyers and handing them off to my preferred lender to get pre-approved.
Must be highly organized, great at follow up and detailed with notes, aggressive, and dependable.
Part time 4 hours Mon-Fri 9am-1pm with potential to go full time
