Personal Assistant

WHAT the job entails:
• Liaise with clients and business partners to complete submission & ensure timely turnaround for new business, renewals, claims and servicing.
• Supporting role for Associate Director to deliver bespoke financial solutions to valued clients
• Coordinating and setting up the business meetings and educational webinars
• Servicing of client enquiries and follow-up matters
• Ad-hoc duties & projects assigned from time to time
WHO we are looking for:
• Someone with interest to provide support within a financial planning environment
• Passionate about being highly organised, attention to detail and providing excellent support for clients
• Be ethical and trustworthy, maintaining at all times a high standard of integrity
• Enthusiastic, productive and take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and phone manner
• Hands on for quotation systems and Microsoft office
• Experience in financial industry is an advantage. Only Singaporean/PR with minimum Diploma/A Level needs to apply.
