About the Role
We’re recruiting for an enthusiastic and efficient Artist Accounts Coordinator (VA) to manage the bookkeeping and collections duties of our company’s
Key duties and responsibilities
Key responsibilities will be handling the bookkeeping and collections elements of our business, this includes tasks such as:
-Ensure accounting software (Xero) invoices are in-sync with booking software (ABOSS).
-Create reports for outstanding invoices + chasing promoters for overdue invoice payment.
-Reconcile the artist trust account against accounting software.
-Chase and/or create ticketing settlements for hard-ticket tours post-show.
-Chase support artist invoices for payment on hard-ticket tours.
-Process weekly artist pay-run and forward through remittances to artist management.
Skills & Qualifications
-Excellent written and verbal English.
-Previous experience as a Bookkeeper and/or Virtual Assistant (or similar role).
-Outstanding attention-to-detail and ability to follow processes.
-Familiarity with Xero, Gmail and Google Docs (essential).
-Familiarity with ABOSS, Slack, Notion, Zoom (preferred).
-Polite and friendly attitude.

-This position is currently a 10hrs per week part-time role (2hrs per day on average) and once training has been completed, the hours are flexible as long as they are between 10am-6pm AEDT.
