UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end UX/UI conceptualizations, improve existing UX/UI designs, and provide stewardship towards the best-in-class, intuitive, and innovative visual experience of The Sales Machine.
Translate the overall vision and concepts from Solution Managers into prototypes for final handoff to the Solution Development team.
Strategically manage and drive UX/ UI design from conceptualization to ---------- ek industry best practices and opportunities for future development in UX/UI Design.
Present design deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

Qualification And Desired Experience:
A great eye for what's stunning and beautiful.
Certified UX/UI Design practitioner.
5+ years' work experience creating world-class experiences for web or mobile.
Exceptional design skills, production value, and attention to detail.
Strong conceptualization and visual communication ---------- monstrable experience in prototyping as a means to explore and convey design ---------- monstrable experience in modern forms of design thinking, including lean UX and agile ---------- monstrable experience in closely partnering with internal and external resources.
Proficiency in using the latest tools for executing designs like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, etc.
Extensive experience leading digital-first channel design and information architecture strategy for a complex content portfolio.
You will bring considerable design, technical, functional, and product expertise to collaborate across offerings and lead integrated design solutions across industries, at various scales.
Requires a collaborative, innovative, and hands-on problem solver.
