Potent Organics Inc, a rapid developing US company selling sports nutrition and natural food additives, is looking for Ads specialist/ Split-tests specialist (amzon.com, coupon-sites)

Basic goals:
- Ads on amazon.com work trouble-free 24 hour a day
- Non-stopping split tests
- Increase sales by posting ads on coupon-sites

Main duties:
- Create new ads on amazon.com
- Edit existing ads
- Make a task for designer to select graphic content for ads.
- Check ads daily (about 50 ads in work)
- Carry out A/B tests (about 20 test a day)
- Generating new ideas for A / B tests
- Interaction with the Amazon.com support
- Daily ads placement on coupon-sites

- English: written and fluent spoken. Willingness to work with technical documentation in English.
- Ready for a routine monotonous repetitive work
- Perseverance, high concentration, efficiency, consistency
- Learning ability
- Experience in split-tests

- Flexible working schedule. We expect that you will be available on Skype or by phone, if we need contact you at 9 a.m.-1 p.m. EST. - If there is an emergency with some ad it is very important to begin solving the problem immediately. It’s expected if the ad flew down or blocked, you are engaged in this task in the same day, in case it happened up to 11 p.m. in your time-zone. Even you have worked your time or you weekend. Such situations take 20-60 minutes and occur rarely. But if they do occur, we expect that after the warning, you immediately prefer to solve this problem. This is the main mission of your work.

- All trade is conducted via the Internet in such countries as Canada, USA, France, Germany, UK, and Spain.
- We work and communicate via Skype, phone, email, and Basecamp platform.
