Customer Service Representative

Basic Functions:
- Take calls and messages from different departments
- Scheduling appointments
- Answers general questions regarding patient medical prescriptions, insurances and clinics ? Conduct survey for patients
- Generate leads for the client
- Handles business to business transactions

Qualifications:
- Degree Holder or with at least 2 years of college
- Has very good oral and written communication skills
- With at least 2-3 years’ BPO experience
- Computer literate
- Has very good background in outbound campaigns particularly lead generation and appointment setting
