Calypsa, a fashion-tech E-commerce company is seeking a full-time phone support agent, from home! Contract is seasonal, until the end of July.
Job Description:
Responding to daily customer inquiries through incoming phone calls.
Following up on customer interactions, maintaining existing customer relationships and increasing customer loyalty.
High salary for qualified applicants- 27,000-31,000 monthly salary
Work is in 8 hour shifts between 8pm- 2pm PH, 5 shifts a week.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills – can convey information clearly and effectively; listens actively and effectively.
3-5 years of experience in customer support
Sales-oriented, patient, and resourceful
High speed internet and a reliable PC
No background noise
Headset with external mic
You must be internet savvy
Experience working with Gorgias, or other ticketing systems- a plus!
Experience working with Magento 2 or E-commerce companies a plus!
