General Amazon Assistant to be a HERO in our company growth

Main duties: data tracking, customer service, product research/analysis, special research projects, marketing content collection

Here’s the scoop:
We are looking for an Amazon Hero to help us support our high speed growth! Some of the things you would be working on:
-Monitoring and tracking all data & KPI for the business
-Provide customer support
-Perform detailed competitor & listing analysis for potential new products
-Perform market research & data collection for new product opportunities
-Research and provide analysis for potential new strategies, programs, marketing tools or software
-Organize pricing and product details for new product sourcing.
-Collect Content ideas for website, blogs and social media
-Monitor public relations sites & identify potential marketing partnerships.
-Updates sample & approval logs based on cc from email communication
-File shipping documents

We are looking for someone with experience on Amazon and we hope you are willing to learn more to grow your skill set! We are looking to hire starting at $500/month. We will increase pay with experience and good performance results.

Who we are:
We established our brand in 2020 and have been successfully selling on Amazon US since Sept-2020. We sell to dog & cat owners who treat their pets like family. We are based in the US and are all completely remote and operate independently. We expect you to work in your own time zone and complete your projects on time, providing us with daily written progress reports. Getting your work done correctly and on time is more important than logging hours.

Who you are:
You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You like to do research and you love spreadsheets! You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have semi flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING American English. You don’t mind working just a little bit on some weekends if your projects need to be completed. You are willing to work hard and we are willing to commit to supporting your growth for a WIN-WIN relationship.

The best candidate:
Needs to have fantastic (American) English (both spoken and written)
Great researcher who knows how to dive deep!
Experience with Google Docs, Sheet, Word, Excel, and Slack
Experience with Amazon FBA businesses (US Market but MX & CA a plus)
Self-managed and likes to take initiative
Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions
Excellent eye for details
Ability to logically analysis data & spot trends and anomalies
Exceptionally organized and ability to prioritize
Ability to follow through until task is complete
Product Sourcing Experience a plus!
