Psychometrician

•Assist and administer pre-employment examination to all applicants
•Interpret result of examination/ of all applicants/ Test profiling
•Maintains confidentiality of all test results and testing materials
•Source and schedule applicants for openings
•Conducts interview and screening to suitable candidates

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of BA or BS Psychology.
• Must be a Registered Psychometrician.
• With at least one (1) year experience in test administration, scoring and interpretation
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
