JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced UW analyst for large multifamily properties (250 units or higher) in TX. Other responsibilities might include analysis of current portfolio operations, update of a deal tracker, creation of company presentations and other general commercial real estate financial work.

Requirements
1. Highly proficient Excel skills (comfortable with H/Vlookup, averageif, irr, pmt, and several other financial modeling excel functions)
2. Strong understanding and proficiency in modeling of various equity waterfall structures, inlcuding multiple IRR tiers, preferred returns, pref equity and GP catch-ups
3. Extremely detail oriented and someone who has pride in their work

Additionally, we need a candidate to help with asset management work:

- Keep track of various metrics (occupancy, collections, delinquency, renewal rates, lease trade outs, etc.) and organize them chronologically in Google Sheets (working with weekly data) in a neat manner
- Create nice looking charts for this data in Google Sheets for each metric. This needs to be done every week for 4-5 properties to start. The reports are either sent by email once a week OR you would need to login in our software (Yardi, Realpage, etc). It's important that we have those reports prepared in a timely manner, generally within 6-8 hours after email reports are sent. Maybe 10 hours
- When requested, conduct comparable properties analysis and collect rental rates from their websites (for 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, etc)
