I ran a Managed IT Services Provider for 10 years focused on small / medium businesses in various verticals.
You'll be helping an emerging startup and responsible for assisting with a total environment size of 2800 endpoints.

Recommended Skills:
* Powershell Scripting & Automation
* Sonicwall Firewall / Switch network design and testing
* Veeam Backup Maintenance
* Documentation and procedure writing

Recommended Experieince:
Experience in supporting Windows 10, Windows Server or Network Firewalls and switches.
C2 Advanced mastery of written English language; able to write paragraphs and draft emails with precise grammar.

Work hours:
6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Philippines standard time (UTC+8) with a 1 hour break
5:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. US Time
