Please review this website, this will give you an idea of what I want to accomplish.
I have been thinking about this idea for a long time. I have been in the Mystery Shopping business for over 13 years with my own company. I mostly shop Banks, Credit Unions, Resorts and Casino’s. What I want to offer them is a Virtual/Digital Mystery Shopping program.

These are questions I frequently are asked:
1. What are we missing?
2. What are we not doing?
3. What are the competitors doing that we aren’t doing?
Can we address these questions? I want clients to be able to monitor how effective their customer service and digital marketing is working for them.
