Looking For Thumbnail Designer For Youtube Videos

Hi, I’m looking for an individual who is proficient with photoshop in order to create thumbnails.

This is a customized request but it will consist of ongoing work.

EXAMPLES OF THUMBNAILS THAT I'M LOOKING FOR - ---------- (NOTE THAT I NEED EXACT THUMBNAILS AS ON THIS CHANNEL)

1) This individual needs to be CREATIVE. The stance I am looking for is someone to put in their shoes and basically depict an image answering the question: "What would I PERSONALLY click on if I saw this thumbnail?"

2) This individual needs to be able to bounce ideas off of me or have their own innovative/ creative mindset to create better thumbnails that are already existing.

IDEALLY What I'm looking for is if I gave you a title, I would expect a good looking professional thumbnail.
