Real estate cold caller and lead person.

You will be on the phone the Majority of the time with this position, cold calling sellers.

Scrape Zillow, Craigslist, and back page for leads.

Having a weekly Skype Meeting with me to go over your work.





Minimum Requirements:

1.Own personal computer with good and reliable internet access. The faster the Better.

2. Be able to work from a quiet Place without interruptions or excessive Background noise of any kind.

3. Be able to work the night shift(9:30p-6Am) Philippine's time. Monday-Friday US Time 20-40 hours per week, 4 weeks per month. - time off and paid holidays

4. Own a personal smartphone.

5. Willing to learn quickly and take self-initiative to work on your own without close supervision.


Bonuses are paid after closing a deal. The bonus will vary depending on the amount of the deal, and the type of deal.
