Campaign Specialist

We are a lead gen agency in Toronto, Canada, looking for a campaign assistant that will help us with our clients’ email sales campaigns. We help startups in the US and Canada run sales campaigns through email that book sales calls. We’ve helped our clients raise millions in funding, close major sales deals and win their dream customers.

I’m Yusuf, the founder and CEO, looking for someone to be our campaign expert. I am looking for someone who wants to be able to grow into this role and take on more responsibilities in the coming months.

Here is what the role will look like:

Read through our clients’ email campaigns every week
Compare the results and add them to our sheet
Keep track of these updates every week and share with Sales lead

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Prior experience as either a virtual or administrate assistant, experience with marketing or sales campaigns OR experience working with an agency
Strong familiarity with spreadsheets, numbers and tracking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic understand of B2B marketing and sales campaigns
Ability to have some time overlap with EST in North America (GMT -5)
Highly organized

If you perform well in this role, there is the potential to take on more responsibilities and perhaps even run some of the campaigns on your own. This job will start off at $3 USD/hour (153 php/hour) with lots of potential to grow in the coming months. It is currently a part-time role but we are looking to increase hours in the coming months. The best Campaign Specialists on the team can become Campaign Managers.
