Telehealth Medical Assistant (Frontdesk/Data Entry Specialist)-URGENT

We are a startup company focused on delivering virtual care to patients in the United States. We are looking for a superstar full-time Telehealth Medical Assistant to assist our US-based clinicians and to better help us get organized. This is a full-time role, permanent work-from-home set up in US Timezone. That role requires:

Great communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
Patient calls, and online appointments.
High level of data entry accuracy
Follow up on clinician's ---------- n work in a fast-paced environment
Trustworthy and reliable

Must have:

Good reliable internet and power connection (at least 25mbps and wired DSL)
Work in a quiet home environment
High-quality headset and microphone
Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and in design
Typing speed of at least 40WPM
Working webcam
