Designer for Animated Explainer Agency

Our agency makes animated explainer videos for clients and we are looking for a Designer / Illustrator for the animators to bring to life.

We will give you a walkthrough of our process, but essentially we are looking for a designer that can create the scenes for our videos. They are mostly 2D flat style. Gradients here and there. Match our client's brand. The animators will then take your designs and bring them to life. If you have experience in After Effects and Animation that is a plus but it's not necessary.

There is some flexibility on schedule but we are looking to hire someone freelance that we can hire a few times a week.

Requirements:
- 5 years plus of experience designing and illustrating.
- Create beautiful designs with your own personal touch (while staying on brand)
- Be willing to make edits to your work
- Come up with ideas—not just executions—to make campaigns and pieces that pack a meaningful punch
- Ability to create new brands and meticulously maintain existing brand standards
- Design thoughtful UI and smart graphic solutions for digital marketing formats

- Stay coordinated with your project managers, account peeps, and vendors to get work done on time, on strategy, and on budget
