JOB OVERVIEW


Work from home
Pay Rate are negotiable
Paid chosen holidays
Pre-paid HMO after 6 months
Salary increase based on performance
Full time or Part-Time slot

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customers via Email and Live chat
• Assist customers when placing orders
• Deals with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
• Manage ongoing customer relationships
• Assist customers with after-sales service issues

Requirements
• With previous Ecommerce VA experience
• Previous Customer Support experience
• Good communicator
• Able to communicate concisely
• Commitment to “doing it right” and consistently delivering first class results
• Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
