Looking for an Amazing Virtual Assistant to help handle my E-commerce business

I am looking for a part time Amazing Virtual Assistant to help handle my E-commerce business (FEMALE applicants only)

I am looking for someone with:
- Excellent Customer service skills via messages/emails REQUIRED
- Excellent written English communication skills are REQUIRED
- Excellent understanding of English is REQUIRED
- Some Experience in basic Graphic Editing REQUIRED (no need to be an expert but have some foundations and an eye for design)

(A) PERSONALITY TRAITS:
- You are serious, want to work, learn, and keep working for a long time in the same place
- You are very honest, opened, and truthful
- You are a fast learner, can quickly adjust to new processes and new ways to do things
- You are happy to receive constructive criticism and feedback
- You do not get easily upset if told you made a mistake, since this job has a learning curve
- You can work well under pressure during busy seasons
- You can work independently when given a task, but ask for help whenever you are not sure how to proceed
- You are looking to improve yourself and your work constantly
- You like creative work and love to interact with customers

(B) WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE:
Currently, you would only need to work about 3 to 4 hours daily. These hours could be increased if you are interested to work more, and can be increased easily based on work ---------- ’s the type of business where you can easily add tasks and grow it. But it can stay part time if you prefer.?
I require you start working in the morning Manila time, and work at least 2 hours straight before a break for optimized productivity.

(C) TASKS:
1. Fulfill orders via computer, using our SOPs, which requires basic graphic editing. If you have done some creation in Canva, it will be easy to work for us.
2. Providing customer service by answering customers questions and communicating with them about their orders via messages (no phone calls, chat/email only)
3. Communicating with our suppliers via email in case an issue arises with an order (no phone calls, chat/email only)
4. Communicating with me on a daily basis.
