Sales / Telephone Customer Service

We are currently looking for a part-time (20h/week) Customer Service professional to start working with us as soon as possible.

Here is a brief description of the job:
- Manage customer service requirements across our online projects.
- Acquire new business within our international projects.
- Establish relationships with local businesses using our sales techniques.
- Use online tools to produce short sales material to attract potential clients.

You will be provided full training and specific tools in order to complete your work on a daily basis.

Expectations:
Work: 20 hours/week
Working Hours: 09:00 - 14:00

Requirements:
- Computer
- English language fluent
- Smart phone
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Knowledge of Website Development
- Experience with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs and Slides)
