Social Media Manager/ Instagram Growth Specialist

Our company is currently seeking a SUPERSTAR Social Media Strategist with exceptional skills to help us in managing our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Linked In).

Job Title: Social Media Strategist (Full-time)
Work From Home? Yes
Rate: TBD (weekly payout)
Schedule: 11:00 am - 7:00 PM CST
Fixed Sat-Sun off

Job Responsibilities:

- Create powerful copy and engaging creatives (graphics, GIFs, short videos, etc.) that are aligned with the brand messaging
- Create and implement effective strategies to engage and increase our social media presence
- Ideate, curate, and manage a posting calendar with content and posts that drive engagement, traffic, and subscribers tailored to our target demographics
- Repurpose content from existing content resources
- Keep up to date with the latest digital trends
- Collaborate with our marketing, sales, and customer support team to ensure brand consistency
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on the ROI
- Propose and implement new features for brand awareness, such as promotions and contests

Job Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience in Social Media Management (not personal account)
- Must understand the ins and outs of Social Media (trends, viral content)
- Thorough familiarity with all social media platforms
- An enthusiastic self-starter, able to flourish in a fast-paced company
- Must be open to working during the graveyard shift (CST)
- Great English Communication Skills
- Demonstrated experience in reporting and tracking results
- Demonstrated experience with content planning
- Good with speaking and writing in English
- Must be proactive, data-driven, creative, and analytical
