Cold Caller

We are looking for a positive and personable cold caller / appointment setter to call US prospective clients (businesses). Responsibilities include calling leads to schedule a call with our sales team.

Duties and responsibilities:
Calling cold clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you
Must be able to have a conversation with our leads to explain who we are and what we do.
Willing to work on a graveyard shift for 7 hours with 1-hour break

Requirements:
- Exceptional English communications, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in appointment setting/cold calling/telemarketing/sales
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions, and to adhere to processes and policies.

Technical Requirements:
- At least core i5 or equivalent processor
- 8 GB of RAM
- Internet Speed should not be lower than 25mbps download speed
- Must have back up internet connection once in training
- Reliable power source
- Noise cancelling controlled headset
- Quiet dedicated workspace
