Customer Contacting/ Virtual Assistant

We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant for 30-40 hours per week.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

-Working inside our CRM system (Go High Level) to further lead generation
-Recording Zoom/Loom videos to send out to potential clients (All scripts will be provided)
-Booking Podcast guests for our shows from a list of provided contacts
-Monitoring/maintaining the health of our email marketing campaigns
-Producing our social media calendar from creative provided
-Ordering creative for our social media accounts
-Making connections with prospects on social media sites

All training will be provided. We are looking for a long term relationship. Please do not apply if you are looking for short term employment.

Requirements:

Strong internet connection
Camera for Zoom videos
Need to speak excellent English
Great english writing skills
Dependable
Ability to complete tasks on a deadline
Ability to produce an end of day activity report.
