Wanted: Passion for building beautiful and highly converting websites and landing pages (ClickFunnels)

Description
Internationally operating online marketing company is looking for a website and landing pages design & development expert. Somebody that can make our websites and landing pages look beautiful and highly converting, built from the ground up. We are currently working with Wordpress and ClickFunnels. This is not a project assignment, but continuous employment. We are looking for somebody that will take care of the complete cycle: design – development – maintenance – A/B testing – improvement, etc. The portfolio of website (front page, blog, etc) is growing to 4 or 5 websites and there will be many landing pages (opt-in, sales, registration funnels) to be build.

Rapidly expanding portfolio. The amount of work will increase accordingly.

First market niche is: health & fitness (diet, weight-loss, sleep, fitness programs, paleo, vegan, etc)
Subsequent market niches will be:
- mental development (meditation, mindfulness, brain training, etc)
- environmental conservation / protection (renewable energy, recycling, organic products, etc)

General Requirements
- Must have own working computer and fast internet connection
- Must have 4 hrs per day availability (potential to grow into full time employment in the future)
- Must have a dedicated work space (to minimize disturbances)

Required Skills
- Website design
- Website development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, etc)
- SEO optimization
- cPanel, CloudFlare, File Management and Maintanance
- ClickFunnels (or other landing page software like LeadPages, OptimizePress, etc)

Required Background
- Interest in physical health (fitness, diet, weight loss, super greens, supplements, organic foods, non-GMO, etc)
- Interest in solar energy, green / alternative / renewable energy, environmental protection, etc (for further future business extensions)
- Interest in mental health (meditation, mindfulness, brain training, etc) (for further future business extensions)
- Experience with Online Marketing, Sales, PR

Tasks
- Design beautiful and highly converting websites and landing pages / funnels
- Build complete websites and landing pages according to agreed specification
- SEO optimization
- A/B Testing to improve conversion, optimize webpages and landing pages
- Maintenance of accounts, domains, files and funnels (cPanel, CloudFlare, ClickFunnels, etc)
- Potential future tasks:
o Email infrastructure
o Tbd

We have a more detailed description of website structure, requirements and design ideas already documented.

How will we work together?
1. Daily short Skype call at beginning of the day
a. to give feedback on the work delivered previous day
b. to discuss report from previous day (see nr 2))
2. Send brief report at end of the day (the report should include what you completed, what problems you ran into and what you need help on)
3. Communication channels: Email, SMS/WhatsApp (for quick notifications) and Skype calls
4. All documents and files to be stored in dedicated shared folders in the cloud (MediaFire), no documents or files to be stored on local drives.

4. The job will start with a 2 week trial period to see how well you accomplish the first few tasks. If the performance is exceptional we will hire you full time and increase your weekly salary accordingly.
