Position Summary:

Company is based out of United States and Expecting Individuals to work Night Shifts.



The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for understanding the overall Objectives of the Organization and work towards fulfilling it. The Position will focus on generating leads of Individuals looking for Jobs in Information Technology from Linkedin, Job Portals, Facebook and Other Social Media Websites.



The role will need someone to be Goal Oriented, Organized and be accountable to achieve monthly targets. Ability to track his/her Performance using multiple KPI’s provided by the Organization.



The position is also responsible for doing Social Media Posts to generate more leads.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

Ability to use lead Generation tools and extract data of Individuals looking for Information Technology Jobs based on the Parameters Provided;

Create multiple Email Campaigns based on the criteria to generate leads.

Generate Organic leads specific to the Criteria.

Create Job Ad’s and Social Media posts; to post regularly on Company’s Social Media Channels using ---------- anize all the data and upload it on the Applicant Tracking System.

Good Writing Skills and ability to create Flyer’s and Content related to Job Postings to target Individuals looking for Information Technology Jobs.

Become part of different Social Media Groups to Increase the Visibility of the Company.

Be creative to generate leads based on the Organization needs across various departments.

Generate leads and Organize data specific to Locations, Cities & States.

Generate at least 500 leads per day and Upload the data on the applicant tracking system.

Attend Tea ---------- etings on a daily basis to go over the accomplishments.

Be accountable for the work assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Understand Organization’s Objectives & Goals; And measure the Targets using KPI’s.

Should have Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology ---------- anize a Daily Schedule based on the tasks assigned.

Document Critical Information based on the discussions with the Clients & Tea ---------- mbers.

Provide Suggestions to Improve ---------- PABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES:

Have At least 2 Years’ Experience as a lead generation specialist

Good Communication Skills

Leadership Capabilities

Wear multiple hats as needed.

Build Healthy relationships with Cross Functional Teams and Individuals in their ---------- cate/Train the Programs Offered by the Organization.

Team Player

Goal Oriented.

Timings:

9 AM EST to 6 PM EST



Salary:

Base : $300-$400/Month - Monthly Performance Bonus - Recurring Incentives.
