Hey there,

My team and I are looking for a new team member to join our amazing 6-figure eCommerce dropshipping business team.

Currently we are in need of someone that is responsible for the most important task of this business, customer ---------- 's essential that you are experienced with eCommerce/dropshipping and customer servicing. You must also have a good knowledge of the english language

You will ensure that problems with an order or product are resolved as quickly as possible, with the idea of creating a better customer experience. Solving problems gives you and the customers great satisfaction every day. Contact with customers is by e-mail.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSITANT
Department: Customer Relations
Reports To: CEO

ROLE
By providing customers clean and clear responses through our customer service, You’re the person that is responsible for a very important part of the after servicing process. You ensure that the customer is satisfied with your solutions to their problems, and the quality will always be the same. Customers should have no questions or doubts anymore after reading the your response to their questions or problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring that all the necessary information is provided in the emails
• Making sure every email is provided with a strong answer to the customers question
• Having a good grammar and spelling
• Maintaining a certain benchmark that is created by the CEO
• Working in Shopify with a staff account
• Knowing how to work with gmail to provide high quality product emails
• Knowing where to find the CEO and have close contact with his/her requirements

RESULTS
• Being able to answer all of our mails every 24 hours. The number of mails will depend on the orders
• Making sure all the work is finished within a certain time frame (24 hours)
• Thinking along with the CEO to create better mails as time passes
• Improving yourself and the results everyday

REQUIREMENTS
- You speak & write English fluently
- You have experience with eCommerce and knows what the requirements of a good mail are
- Being able to use different kind of systems & programs that are used for customer servicing
- You have an excellent eye for problem solving
- You’re in the possession of fast internet and a good phone
