SEO expert for technical audit and keyword evaluation on existing site

I need someone that is an expert in SEO and the Yoast SEO plugin that is able to perform the below duties. Written English must be excellent, as well as Wordpress savvy and ideally a passion for health or knowledge of the health industry would be ideal as my site is a health / nutrition website.
