Sourcing Assistant/Data Analyst in Quezon City

Requirements:

• Must be 2 years course graduate or Higher
• Must have at least 1 year of sourcing work Experience
• Must be a techie and know how to resolve technical issues
• Must possess very good computer skills, types at least 35wpm and highly knowledgeable and experienced using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google Sheets
• Must be familiar with Excel and Google Sheets function lists and formulas
• Familiar with text blasting process
• Familiar with social networks professional sites and resume databases
• Familiar with the online registrations process
• Knows how to operate google sheet, excel, and other related apps.
• Must be able to effectively prioritize, multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Must be organized and be keen to details
• Must be willing to work OT, work on holidays and weekends
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and training
• Must be willing to work onsite at Quezon City, Fishermall
