Front End Developer

As a Front-End Developer you will take on the responsibility for the user interface development of responsive high traffic websites for our enterprise clients. You will build usable, functional, and semantic interfaces that are standards compliant, cross-browser/cross platform compatible, and tailored for an outstanding user experience and performance. Your eye for, and attention to, detail will ensure that design and functionality are never compromised.

Key functions & responsibilities:

Translate UX guidelines and design concepts from sketch files into responsive high performance websites
Create robust and semantic websites and interface mark-up using HTML
Apply styling to mark-up using CSS and pre-processor frameworks
Ensure cross browser/cross platform compatibility with the assistance of our suite of test (mobile) devices and VMs
Requirements:

Impressive web portfolio
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in developing HTML/CSS
Experience delivering responsive websites
Familiarity with Adobe product suite
Experience with mobile responsive design
Excellent understanding of web technologies, standards and trends including mobile
Understanding of fundamental design principles
Flexible attitude and commitment to deadlines
Excellent understanding of interactive communications, UI/UX design, SEO principles, accessibility standards, and industry best practices
Knowledgeable on version control
