Chemist/cosmetic manufacturer

Need research to find companies that would be able to create an SNS and shellac nail remover. I am hoping to create a product that removes these in around 60 seconds or so. These companies can be anywhere in the world however they need to be able to liaise in English. Looking for as many companies and their emails as possible. Data to be presented in an Excel spreadsheet.
