What You'll Do:

1. Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
2. Work with the Sales Manager and the rest of the sales team to develop new ways to prospect for Acadiu ---------- ntors
3. Identify the needs and challenges of Acadium’s ideal customer
4. Determine prospect’s interest in Acadium, and qualify them to move further down the sales process
5. Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
6. Achieve a set number of contacted leads, activities and meeting bookings per week
7. Train and onboarding new hires
8. Research and develop new outreach strategies
9. Conduct ongoing education to existing tea ---------- mbers and provide feedback on execution

What you need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in leading a team
Copywriting skills to create scripts and objections as part of outreach to prospects
Proficient in multiple social media outreach strategies
Daily and weekly tracking of BDR team deliverables through Google Docs and Sheets.

This is a remote role in Canada. Acadium is based out of Ottawa, ON.
