ICONIK Marketing is a social media marketing agency that specializes in working with real estate agents. We are a cutting edge company based in Chicago with lots of growth potential for the right person.

We’re looking for an experienced Facebook and Google Ads marketing specialist that has extensive knowledge of running ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Your daily responsibilities would include: Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing ---------- tting up Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager Setting up conversion events on Tag Manager Running A/B testing Organising the Google Analytics dashboard to filter the right metrics, Running Facebook Ads, optimizing ad spend, monitoring ads performance, making sure leads are going in to the HighLevel Systems and automations are working for the campaigns.

To qualify for the position, you will need: A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing Expert knowledge of adwords Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sellics) Facebook Ads Manager (custom audience, FB Pixel,etc.)

We use HighLevel with all our clients so solid knowledge of funnels and automation would be very helpful.

We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that our VA would be: Excellent data and analytical analysis abilities outstanding communication and interpersonal ---------- addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Powerpoint Gmail and other email applications Google Docs Google Sheets Google Slides Google Calendar Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc Project management software (Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Evernote, Google Docs) Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you Copywriting, Excel/Google Sheets.

This is a full-time position Mondays to Fridays, 5am to 12pm You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

$550/month for full-time work (40 hours a week)
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get: 13th month
Bonus on campaign performance.

If accepted, you will be provided additional ads training and real estate marketing training.

You’ll be working with the CEO as well as our writing and design team to help you with your ads.. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs.
