Monitoring calls and processes to ensure that Clipboard Health’s employees are meeting standards and delivering the upmost quality to the Health Care Facilities and Health Care Professionals to ensure a positive experience for both parties. Clipboard Health matches per diem nurses to health care facilities across the United States.As a QA Specialist you will:
Understand the companies mission and roles of the individuals you are auditing
Listen to the customer success departments calls and provide a detailed scorecard to the employee’s manager
Collect metric numbers for each audited individual in scorecard
Cross-checking processes in Salesforce to ensure that data was entered accurately by the audited individual
Provide feedback on how situations should have been handled or how the employee can improve their overall performance on the phone (or other forms of communication)
Provide feedback on common issues or mistakes to managers of teams where these mistakes are being made
Create trainings or short videos to support the teams that clearly shows how to solve common problems and teaches the “correct” way
Remain knowledgeable on product updates to ensure audited individuals are using new releases for their MSA’s success
Have 1 on 1 coaching with designated individuals who are assigned to you from grading their scorecards

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Exceptional motivational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Dependability regarding completion of assignments
A solid sense of integrity and ethics
