Graphic Designer - YouTube Thumbnail Expert

Raffiti Media is a YouTube management agency. Our main objective is to create video marketing strategies to grow our client’s business with ---------- is a fun, friendly and fast paced environment.

Who we are looking for-
A graphic designer who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with mid to senior-level experience and has the ability to create multiple YouTube thumbnails a week from concept to completion with a focus on designing thought-provoking and artistic thumbnails.
Additionally, we need someone who can continue building our brand identity by designing graphic assets for Raffiti Media to be used on social media platforms.

Responsibilities-
Create graphic design content for Raffiti Media clients, including but not limited to:
YouTube thumbnails, graphics, quote graphics, and other visuals for engaging and intentional content
Lead daily graphic design content for Raffiti Media social media channels including, but not limited to:
Newsfeed graphics, quote graphics, YouTube thumbnails, and other visuals for engaging storytelling content
Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers, marketers, copywriters, and video editors
Ensure quality for maximum usability and minor revision requests
Communicating regularly with project managers with updates and revisions through the program Asana, Voxer and Slack

Qualification and Required Skills -
Relevant Experience: 2-4+ years creating compelling graphic design content, including thumbnail design
Software: Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC - Photoshop, and Google GSuite
Self-Sufficient: You have the ability to take projects from ideation to completion, anticipate problems, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to find solutions
Passionate: You MUST have enthusiasm for social media, and have unrelenting energy for Youtube content creation
Tenacious: Not afraid to take risks and try new things; always testing and learning
Team Player: You recognize the overall team goals and are eager to help and contribute wherever needed. Willingness and ability to work on weekends when needed
Current: Up-to-date on latest trends and forecasts, especially thumbnail design trends
Attributes: You have strong attention to detail, deadline-driven background, and a high sense of urgency to complete projects on time

Taken the DISC exam
Art Portfolio submitted with Resume
Bonus Skills: Intermediate to advanced Adobe Premiere video editing skills
