Requirements:
• 10am-8pm EST - Toronto Time
• High speed internet
• Good attitude
• Willingness to learn a new product
• Ability to attend daily meetings and training using attentive listening
• 3-4 hours of call time per day
• 2min outbound call average mandatory
• Must be able to attend 1 week of training from 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday
• 1-2 years of call focused, attention to detail oriented Sales or Customer Service

Expectations:
• Meet company performance expectations (Will be disclosed in detail during interview process)
• 90% of your clients must post a positive review on you. See our reviews

Compensation:
• Hourly plus commission.
• Up to you how much you want to earn.
• You earn based on your effort you put in
• Monthly Salary and commission on consultations paid on 10th of the month for the previous month. More info on commission structure in interview.
• Earnings are directly reflected on your ability to educate customers and do consultations for qualification.

• Mortgage and insurance sales experience is an asset
• One to two years of customer service experience preferred; call center experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in financial services industry is an asset for this role.
• Specialized certification such as ICQC is an asset but NOT required
• Strong people skills and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve
• Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, demonstrating a genuine desire to work as part of a team and help people.
• Professional phone manner, active listening skills, and the ability to convey information accurately.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Fluency in English required.
