Primary Responsibility of Job
- Daily Credit Card Transactions
- Invoice Customers to include
* Reconcile Web Invoices
* Trade Invoices
* Fulfillment Invoices
- Ensure Supplier and customer Addresses are up to date
- Other accounting duties may be assigned as proficiency grows

Ideal Characteristics:
- Self-motivated, efficient and comfortable being a member of a team, while also working with individuals outside our team.
- Quickly adapt from task to task, while remaining organized and completing all tasks is essential in this position.
- Comfortable with technology
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, drive, sheets, docs)
- Must be willing to work the night shift due to time difference

Qualifications & Skills
- English - reading & writing
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online a Plus but not required
- Teamwork mentality
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Superior Organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

HOURS: 40 hours per week. Must be available between 8am - 5pm CST US (10 pm - 7 am) PST Philippians

You must own a recent computer that runs Windows 10 or 11.
You will need a reliable internet connection--at least 16 Mbps up and down speed.
A dedicated space in your home to work.
