This is a remote position.

Our company is undergoing an expansion, and we are seeking an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professional to join our marketing team. Marketing Associate is an independent contractor position with base pay plus commission. Coachability is needed to succeed in this position.

A day in the life of our associates often includes:

• Performing 50+ outbound calls to high net worth potential clients
• Researching hotel ownership records, market data, and industry trends
• Prospecting new client relations and referral sources
• Presenting marketing proposals to clients
• Negotiating exclusive hotel marketing agreements
• Advising clients on their individualized hotel marketing strategies


Requirements

• Extensive outbound cold calling experience
• Excellent conversation skills
• Entrepreneurial drive
• Ability to build and keep relationships in the market
• Strong computer abilities
• Desire to be on a team of confident, success-minded people
• High-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps
• A laptop or PC with at least 16G RAM
• A noise-canceling headset
• A quiet, dedicated workspace
