Our client is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to bring organization and structure the work and daily life of the CEO of the company. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and manage their calendar, inbox, meetings, and personal life events.

Responsibilities:
Learning:
Become very familiar with the company, brand, mission/vision, philosophy, content, and programs
Learn the personality and work style of the CEO, be able to understand how they operate
Managing, Organizing, Communicating:
Manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar, communicating upcoming events and important messages
Maintain consistent, clear communication with the CEO and members of the company
Coordinate dealings for any personal matters for the CEO (sending gifts, home/vehicle maintenance, appointments, etc.)
Team:
Delegate tasks and assignments to the appropriate tea
Must Have:
1-2 years previous Executive Assistant experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Experience planning travel - booking flights, hotels/Airbnb, rental vehicles, etc.
Tech savvy - quick to learn new software and technology
Great with people and can connect well with others
Available for working hours in EST timezone
Experience with Hubspot and Adobe platforms a plus
