RESPONSIBILITIES

- Learn & understand our tech stack so you can train our clients how to use them effectively.
- Onboard new customers & training those customers & their staff on the Forever Booked Accelerator
- Manage detailed & structured timelines, programs, tasks, & project management systems using Asana
- Advise our clients on how to improve their performance & increase their return on investment using our program
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications & quickly build relationships
- Proactively talking with clients to ensure that they get the most value out of your service
- Developing & nurturing customers into advocates, and retaining/upselling our services

TO BE A GREAT FIT YOU NEED

- At least 2 years of professional experience in Customer Success or Client Experience
- Able to self-direct & properly manage one’s time
- Experience in building & maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Ability to learn quickly & execute at a high level with speed
- Ability to work under high stress & pressing deadlines
- Able to make autonomous decisions of how to handle customers based on company moral/values & set guidelines
- Able to handle difficult conversations regarding upset customers & de-escalate those situations
- Near perfect written & spoken English
