E-Commerce Assistant

Amazing opportunity for a creative and driven person with at least 1 year of experience of working with Shopify. You’ll be working closely with the co-founders as well as the management team.

Pole Junkie is a fast growing eCommerce business, with a bright and inclusive culture and we’re hoping to find someone that will be the perfect fit, both for the role and as a team member.

The role includes:

- Creating products on Shopify
- Assisting with product launches
- Liaising with suppliers for product imagery and information
- Copywriting for products and blog writing that aligns with our SEO strategy
- Updating and curating collection pages on UK & EU sites
- Updating homepage imagery
- Managing purchase orders, updating inventory across sales channels and liaising with warehouse managers
- Managing inventory barcodes
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure website is up to date
- Identifying eCommerce improvements

We’d love it if you have…

- 1+ year’ experience within website maintenance and reporting from a similar background
- Experience with content, product & inventory management
- Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices
- Skills and knowledge of Shopify
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Numerical and intermediate Excel skills
- Photo editing experience
- A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

- Remote opportunity

- Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week
