HR Officer

A graduate of BSBA Major in Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, or any related course;
• Must have at least two (2) years of meaningful work experience in general human resources functions and personnel management, especially in recruitment. Additional experience in the following make you a prime candidate: training, coaching, and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, general administrative works, policies and process improvement, orientation and disciplinary action, personnel documentation, and/or other related functions;
• Must be eager to work directly under the top management of the Company;
• Applicants who have previously worked for VA Agency/Company with proven knowledge and skills in recruitment and placement process will be given top priority;
