BASIC ROLE OVERVIEW:

In this role, you’ll be creating and editing videos that are meant to be published on Youtube & ads - specifically in the investing and trading education niche. To give an idea, here's our youtube channel:

HERE'S THE TYPE OF WORK YOU'LL BE DOING:

1. Editing videos ranging from 3 minutes - 30 minutes.
2. Videos created has to be kept engaging throughout, use of text animations are required and usage of the right clips to deliver the right messaging in the content.
3. Ongoing study and research on improving your video editing skills. You'll be playing a significant role in contributing to the company's growth.
4. Achieving KPIs given on a timely manner.
5. Use analytics and data given as feedback on how to optimize ---------- 's a job that would require you to continuously grow together with us, and I hope you can see why we stress so much on the 6 traits you'll need.

Salary is paid on a per month basis.

If you do these tasks well, we'll make sure you are well taken-care of.


REQUIREMENTS:

** Fluent English writing and communication.

** Motivated self-learner. You'll be exposed to endless learning opportunities and resources. You must be hungry to learn and take the initiative to stay one-step ahead of 'instructions/guidelines' given. This also means you’re not afraid to receive constructive feedback.

** Intelligent and great at figuring things out. Problem are just challenges to be solved.

** A team player, as the business is strongly built on how well each tea ---------- mber can communicate effectively with each other. This also means you’re not the kind of person to blame others and takes personal responsibility.

** Organised and able to closely follow structures, standards and processes. Analytical and data-driven.

** Takes the initiative to voice out your thoughts on your thoughts of how to improve our structures, and processes.

** Your own computer, and high-speed internet connection.

** Contingency plans for power brownouts, natural disasters, and personal emergencies.

** Does whatever it takes to deliver KPIs timely.
