Looking to hire a personal assistant to help handle the day to day operation in my Amazon, FB & Shopify business.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks involving customer service and order fulfilment. When you are not fulfilling orders and handling customer service, you will be finding and listing new products. Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

- Fulfilling orders (buying product from supplier, entering in tracking into Shopify etc)
- Responding to customer inquiries/complaints
- Managing refunds and disputes

All training will be provided.

We are looking to staff on a full time basis as an ongoing job. With that being said some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Have a great feedback history on onlinejobs
3. Be able to work my daytime hours here in the United States which will be overnight in your country.
4. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a skype account.

You may also be responsible for some creation (basic design work). This design work consists of creating pages in Commission Gorilla for bonuses pages for selling software.
