Work with me on a farm house design using simple and sustainable materials with the goal of an easy to build, low cost, energy efficient structure that is still beautiful with character and charm. The goal is a building that works well for growing and processing your own food, enjoying the natural world around you, with an option for alternative energy.

I have a specific plan and materials in mind. You will evaluate and tweak this plan with me, specify it, cost it, put it on paper, list all materials and steps, and work directly with me and builders. You will oversee the process and work remotely as much as possible.

If we get a good plan, specify and plan it to be built immediately.
