Blick Creative is a full circle design and web development agency looking for an exceptional WordPress Web Developer with Salesforce and or Microsoft Dynamics experience to become a part of our close-knit team. Blick has a diverse range of clients, from government to corporate, with a special focus on the not-for-profit sector.

The Position

The position will focus on setting up and integrating Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics systems with WordPress, along with development of custom websites. You will possess strong skills in HTML5, CSS3 and SASS/LESS, with a good working knowledge of Jquery. We currently mainly build custom WordPress websites, so PHP, Advanced Custom Fields and REST API knowledge is ideal. The position will report directly to our Head of Design and Digital, but you will often be required to drive and manage development projects personally. You will also have the opportunity to mentor tea ---------- mbers and work collaboratively with Account Managers.

What we’re looking for:

Salesforce
• A minimum 2 years development experience within Salesforce / ---------- (including the Not for Profit version)
• One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud, Platform Developer)
• Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SOQL and SOSL).
• Firm understanding of Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, and best-practices for limit-informed development

Microsoft Dynamics 365
• A minimum 2 years development experience within Salesforce / ---------- (including the Not for Profit version) and/or
Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Create plugins, workflows and work with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key
Vault etc.
• *Build Dynamics 365 CRM instances on Azure
• Worked as Solution Designer to develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules

WordPress and development skills
• A tertiary digital development focused qualification
• An impressive portfolio of website development
• Ability to code cleanly using HTML5, CSS3, SASS and JavaScript for all size web projects from small to complex
• Custom WordPress websites experience using PHP and frameworks such as Foundation 6
• Advanced Custom Fields, Custom Post Types plugin knowledge for WordPress
• Integrating with payment gateways, courier services, accounting packages and external services
• Data manipulation from APIs & using web services
• SQL CRUD database knowledge and REST experience
• Experience with Git (including branching and pull requests)
• Experience with Node Package Manager and GULP a bonus
• Ability to trouble-shoot technical issues that arise from coding to website pointing, hosting, domain registration etc.
• Ability to liaise with external technical suppliers for project needs as they arise
• Ability to explain complex technical functionality or limitations in layman’s terms to other staff and clients
• Good understanding of Web Accessibility Requirements to meet WCAG AA level, ability to design and develop to standard
and test.
• Cross browser testing (IE 11+, all major browsers and devices)
• Ability to provide assistance to Account Managers with project timeline estimates
• Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail etc.
• Driven to continuously self-improve and share knowledge with the team
