Marketing Specialist - Social Media Growth Manager

You will be focusing on and responsible for managing and coordinating marketing strategies for our social media platforms, expanding account growth and drawing in potential customers and buyers. Must be able to demonstrate proven growth and success with past social media accounts, especially instagram, facebook and ---------- and be up to date on the latest strategies, trends and algorithms in order to bring our account to the next level. We are seeking to fill two positions: 1. For a social media manager who can engage on the accounts and 2. For an experienced marketing specialist who can develop strategies for growth and oversee those who are engaging on the ---------- sired qualifications include:

-2+ years experience in building upon and maintaining a social media presence for a business (at a minimum within Facebook and Instagram) with proven track record of success.
-Expertise in social media marketing strategies as well as maintaining/building following for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
-Experience with and access to graphic design and publishing programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Publisher (strongly preferred)
-Experience in leading and managing e-mail marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns
-Ability to stay on top of current trends and best practices
-Ability to grow numbers organically (i.e. without the use of spam/bots, paid followers, or other non-preferred techniques)
-Experience in creating and brainstorming creative growth strategies
