Need Press releases project manager

Potent Organics Inc, a rapid developing US company selling sports nutrition and natural food additives, is looking for a talented Press releases project manager.
Purpose: Increase sales through publicity for the company and its products on a number of Internet sites.

Basic goals:
- Create and manage a successful team for the production and implementation of the press releases.
- Increase traffic to landing pages through press releases.
- Increase sales by attracting new traffic.

Main duties:
- Control the entire press release production and dissemination process.
- Team management responsibilities including: selection, adaptation, setting goals, monitoring performance and development.
- Development and implementation of strategy for press releases dissemination.
- Generation of newsworthy information.
- Working with different online media for posting press releases and the press (journalists, bloggers): selection, negotiation, placement, efficiency evaluation.
- Reporting.

Our expectations:
- Experience in different online media for posting press releases, experience in interaction with the press.
- Experience in managing a team of copywriters.
- Exact activity results in figures: what was the problem, what did you do, what was the result (use figures to describe your achievements).
- Excellence in internet marketing: copywriting, content marketing, content distribution tools (e.g. press releases).
- In-depth understanding of the following: sales letter, successful title, keywords, useful simple content, efficient online mediums, reputable blogger, high conversion.
- Experience in content implementation on foreign internet-resources (US, UK, Germany) will be a significant advantage.
- Result-orientation, responsibility, a high level of self-organization and strategic thinking.
- Excellent written and oral English.
- High-speed continuous access to the Internet.
- Availability at 9:00 am- 2:00 pm EST.
