We are looking for a Customer Success Representative with 3+ years of customer service experience. Shippie is a fast-growing data-driven delivery technology company based in Toronto, Canada. We work with e-commerce stores and delivery companies to enable efficient same-day delivery. We are looking to expand our customer service team to work with our growing customer base. Requirements
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- A minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience
- Highly motivated, target driven, and believes in delivering quality to our customers
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management
- Proven effective relationship management and communication skills
- Experience using Intercom, Twilio Flex, Onfleet would be advantageous
What you'll do
1. Customer Service Representative
- Be the first point of contact with customer problems
- Deal with delivery issues and resolve them timely and efficiently
2. Address verification
- Ensure all Address issues are resolved on a timely manner using our software
3. Relationship building and intuitive selling
- Provide great service, develop relationships and advise customers
- Good service = happy customers = good reviews!
