Sustainability Consulting is an award-winning recruitment agency specialising in IT and Finance recruitment. Operating since 2008, we are family of four boutique companies operating from a single office space we are one of the largest privately owned recruitment companies in Australia with 50+ heads.
You will be an integral part of our sales team, working in a busy, dynamic and fast paced environment. Supporting the team of successful and high performing consultants, you will have excellent English and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to organise, prioritise, coordinate and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
The day-to-day duties of this role see you working on a variety of project-based work as well as building and maintaining the ongoing marketing strategy. We are looking for someone with a broad marketing background in both traditional marketing techniques and cutting-edge content and design skills, that will be able to support and execute our overall marketing strategy, blogs, graphic design, events and content and manage our social media platforms. This is an ever-evolving role that will incorporate both a creative content design background and a business savvy outlook. You will own the internal management of marketing initiatives and serve as the main point of contact for agency engagement.
We are looking for someone who is results-driven and can contribute, drive and understand the ROI impacts for the business. You will be comfortable in day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy.
Duties are broad but the objective is clear, day to day and project-based work will look like the below:
Internal Marketing
> Supporting the sales team by creating salary surveys, white pages etc.
> Creating internal content to support the company objectives, goals, processes and brand, such as invitations to internal events, posters, end of quarter presentations etc.
External Marketing
> Build out and manage the long-term content marketing plan with owners
> Build a clear and targeted structure of content creation, linked to sales growth and end user experience
> Measure and provide timely reporting, analysis of campaigns and deliver insights on any revenue generated from marketing activities
> Devise strategies and implement SEO and SEM initiatives to drive online traffic to the organisation’s websites
> Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rate, traffic and conversions
> Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Instagram and our website
> Grow and support the sales team with their own personal branding techniques
> LinkedIn management – manage company page, increase followers and track engagement to increase brand awareness and generate leads
> Track, measure and analyse all initiatives to report on social media
> Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design
> Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks such as blogs, videos, LinkedIn posts, articles, salary surveys and white pages
> Writing various types of articles on a wide range of topics related to recruitment
> Run regular social promotion and campaigns and track their success
> Explore new ways to engage and reach our target market
> Basic html editing of our website
Events
> Assist with content around internal and external event planning
> Marketing of external events, through
> Follow up content and lead generation for events
Requirements:
> Relevant Bachelor’s degree related to Marketing
> 4+ years in a marketing management role or similar
> Ability to examine the benefits of projects, and question the business on their importance and potential ROI
> Past experience in digital marketing (please include work samples in your application)
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
> Excellent organisation skills to work independently and manage projects
> A dual minded approach: highly creative and strong writing skills, and also able to be process driven and use data and results to make decisions
> Understand the importance of tracking marketing data and converting that to business ROI
> Strong analytical skills
> Beneficial but not essential to have basic HTML and SEO skills
Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $14 US, working 24 hours per week over three to five days with support from a our Sales & Marketing Assistant where required.
