JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary

The Retention Marketing Specialist will support the onboarding and ongoing management of all email and SMS clients. This includes communicating with the client and reporting on account performance. This position will primarily be assisting the Retention Marketing Strategist by executing the given email and SMS strategy per client. This is a remote position that will primarily work with our Australian team.


Primary Duties

Work within Klaviyo to build and schedule out email & SMS campaigns and flows
Setup Klaviyo email & SMS accounts
Report on overall email and SMS account performance
Write creative briefs for copywriters and graphic designers
Assist with planning monthly content calendars
Communicate with clients and manage sharing performance reports, email design mockups, etc.
Collaborate with your team’s Ecom Strategist and Client Liaison when following up on tasks and projects for the client


Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Email Marketing experience
Minimum 1 year of agency experience or working with multiple clients preferred
Experience using Klaviyo
Experience using a SMS platform is not required but is a plus
Project management skills
Good communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
